We want you to be 100% happy with your Sanrio purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original plastic wrap if applicable.

  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
